Nancy Cowan has planned many trips on my behalf and, without exception, they have been top notch. She makes a point of understanding my preferences and needs, and makes sure she accommodates them, even if it is above and beyond the actual organized vacation tour. When things go awry regarding airline or other unforeseen glitches, she always responds by intervening on my behalf.
